Please read the following rental policies carefully before completing your booking. By booking Island Club B3, you agree to all terms below.

1Booking & Payment

All bookings are made directly with the owner. To reserve your stay, a signed rental agreement and full payment are required. Your reservation is not confirmed until both have been received.

We accept payment by the following methods:

Payment details will be provided upon booking confirmation. Once full payment is received and your agreement is signed, you will receive your keyless entry door code at least one week prior to your arrival date.

2Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we sincerely regret when guests are unable to complete their stay. However, please note our cancellation policy before booking:

All payments are non-refundable if a reservation is cancelled for any reason, unless the condo is successfully re-rented for the entire cancelled period at the full rental amount. If the property is re-rented, all monies paid will be refunded.

We strongly encourage all guests to consider purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations due to illness, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances. The owner is not responsible for costs associated with cancelled travel arrangements.

Any reservation obtained under false pretense will result in forfeiture of all payments, and the party will not be permitted to check in.

3Check-In & Check-Out

If you require a special check-in or check-out arrangement, please contact us in advance at oceanisleb3@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate.

4Housekeeping & Property Rules

When you arrive, the home will be clean and set up with bed linens and bath towels.

🏖️ Beach towels are not provided. Please plan to bring your own beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Guests are responsible for leaving the property in a clean and orderly condition at departure. Any excessive cleaning required beyond normal use, or any damage discovered during or after your stay, will result in additional charges.

5Occupancy & Guest Conduct

The maximum occupancy for Island Club B3 is 8 adults plus children. We reserve the right to refuse entry or require departure of any extra guests beyond the stated occupancy.

The primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Proof of age may be requested at any time. Any reservation obtained by misrepresentation of age or other false pretense will result in forfeiture of all payments, and the party will not be permitted to check in.

No obnoxious or offensive activity shall be carried out on the property, nor shall anything be done that may be an annoyance or nuisance to the neighborhood or other residents of the Island Club community.

Failure to abide by these conditions may result in immediate eviction without refund of any remaining rental payments.

6Parking

Parking is available in dedicated spaces located directly below the condo. Parking is limited to 3 vehicles. The designated parking slot is labeled with a "3."

Please do not park in spaces assigned to other units, as this may result in your vehicle being towed at your expense. Guests are responsible for ensuring their vehicles are parked in the correct designated spot.

7Pool, Hot Tub & Amenities

Island Club B3 guests have access to the community pool with waterfall feature and jacuzzi hot tub, shared exclusively among the 8 units in the complex. We always strive to ensure both are available and operational during your stay.

Please note: If the pool or hot tub is not operational during your stay, the owner will contact the pool maintenance company immediately and make every reasonable effort to restore service as quickly as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the pool or hot tub will be operational at all times, and no refund or rate adjustment will be made for temporary equipment outages beyond our control.

We have made every effort to ensure that the descriptions and photographs of the property are accurate and up to date. However, please note that the actual property may differ slightly in appearance due to updates or changes. Amenities such as Wi-Fi, appliances, and televisions are provided as described, but we cannot guarantee they will be operational at all times. Any malfunction will be addressed as promptly as possible.

8Liability & Personal Property

The condo is privately owned. The owners, property managers, and housekeepers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities.

We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that the tenant and all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises.

Guests are encouraged to maintain a personal property insurance policy or travel insurance to cover any losses sustained during their rental period.

The owner is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred by guests during their stay. Guests are responsible for their own safety and well-being and should take appropriate precautions at all times, including while using the pool, hot tub, beach access, deck, and stairways.

Note on stairways: Island Club B3 is located on the 3rd floor and is accessible by two flights of stairs. There is no elevator. Please keep this in mind when planning your group's arrival, particularly if any members have mobility concerns or require assistance with luggage.

9Force Majeure

There may be rare circumstances beyond our control in which the property is not available for your booking. Examples include, but are not limited to, destruction of or severe damage to the property, mandatory government restrictions, or natural disasters.

In the event of a force majeure situation, we will do our best to make alternative arrangements where possible. If we are unable to do so, or if any alternative arrangements are not acceptable to you, we will refund all monies paid. This refund will be the full extent of our liability in such circumstances. We will not be responsible for any other costs connected with the cancellation, including travel, lodging elsewhere, or other expenses.

10General Conditions

By booking Island Club B3, you certify that you are at least 21 years of age, that you have read and understood all terms of the rental agreement, and that you accept full responsibility for the care of the property and any damages or extra cleaning charges discovered during or after your stay.
